For the past twenty years we have been offering what we called teleconsultation for our medical tourism services which is offered worldwide. At that time it was not well received or popular in the United States, the insurance companies did not reimburse doctors for it.
Now with the advent of Corona virus, Covid19, the order of social distancing and stay at home order, telemedicine has become extremely important in the treatment of patients. Now you can stay at home and have most of your treatment needs. You don’t have to drive to our office and wait in the waiting room. You save on gas, and time. While waiting at home you can be busy with your usual routine. However it must be mentioned that certain cases will still need to be seen in the office, for example when x-rays are required, cast is needed, removal of stitches and many others.
A smart phone with a camera, or laptop or computer with a camera and internet. Adjust your smart phone or laptop so that we can see you and the area to be examined. The telephone number of your pharmacy and your credit card.
All medical records can be faxed to us at 972-296-3575.
Book your appointment as usual, for the date, time and Telemedicine. All three information are required and must be prearranged with the receptionist before your date of appointment.

The receptionist will first take your co-pay using your credit card.
The doctor will then come to the exam room and take your history, do the examination, tell you your diagnosis, call in your prescription and order any necessary tests. If an x-ray is necessary or you have x-rays to be seen by the doctor then you have to be seen in the office.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, and Discover. These will be charged for your co-pay and before the consultation begins.
